I love taking portraits of people. I’m not a street photographer, or a candid photographer, but creating classic portraiture is very satisfying for me.
Sometimes we struggle to capture something of a person that we know for a long time, but the “essence” is still missed until something clicks between you and the subject.
Other times, you might barely know the person, but you still get a good sense of who they are in a short amount of time, because they are so open and free.
Whether it’s black and white or color, I hope each portrait I create is unique and real. If you look into someone’s eyes, or at their face, and how they hold their body, and you feel like you somehow connect with them, even if you can’t identify why … then I’ve been successful. I always strive to make you look the best you can, without sacrificing the image of who you really are.
I have worked in the “image” industry all my life. In design, in publishing, and in IT consulting. I know how image affects all of us. But I also know that over-doing it makes everything fall apart, so whatever I produce for you, will be the real you. And I guarantee, you will love the real you, and everyone will love the images I produce for you.

Children & Family Portraiture. As our children grow, our family changes. I know, I have 3 of them. Our children are dynamic people. Families grow every day. Their personalities and their styles change over time — sometimes overnight! And nothing brings a family together like having a fine art portrait planned out and created to hang on the living room wall, or having those same beautiful faces on your dressers and nightstands.
Boudoir Session. Women often want to have private, sensual images of themselves, either as keepsakes or to share with their partners. With boudoir, you’re encouraged to go shopping for intimate apparel, and create your personal sensual style to give as a gift to yourself, and your partner. When you see your images, you will have no doubt how beautiful you truly are!
Sitting fees start at $150. This acts as a retainer for the photographer’s service time, and is part of the initial creative fee. All packages include the sitting fee.
