Use the contact information on this page to write or call me. Tell me what you want: what image, what size, and whether you want it mounted or framed. I'll email you a confirmation of your request, you email back me with any corrections or an OK. When I get your check and it clears, I'll mail you the image the way we discussed it. That's it. Really simple, really easy. And if I can figure out an online payment system without much hassle, you can use that when it's up and running. I know. You're asking, "Why don't you have online ordering and fulfillment?" A little historyHere's the explanation. It won't be long, I promise. The last photography site I operated used a full-fledged shopping cart for e-commerce with credit card processing. It was quite complex, allowing visitors to buy images of varying sizes, with matting and framing options, choices of paper, and even had gift certificate, discount, and shipping options for my buyers. It was called Krish's Fine Art Photo Gifts. But the technology was taking a lot of time to maintain for too little return on investment. The domain for Krish's Fine Art Photo Gifts expired, I failed to find out about it in time, and some miscreant bought it up. OK, fair enough, that's the way of the world these days. Enter the last version of this site where I kept my portrait and fine art separate. It was the first step in rebuilding my contacts and promoting my photography again, after leaving a job where I was forfeiting my personal needs and ambitions on a daily basis. I'm getting back to my photography. I have over 30 images showcased on this site. I have no inclination to replicate Krish's Fine Art Photo Gifts, but I will be working on a more robust site slowly with my limited resources. I'm not making any promises. In the meantime, call me, email me, write by postal mail. I'm very happy to talk to you. I not only sell to individual collectors, but I also license images for commercial use. Pricing for PrintsPrint prices are generally as you see below, depending on size and framing, but vary according to the image itself. For example, images that were harder to create, or may be coming to the end of their edition, will cost more.
LicensingMy images are priced according to how you want them, and what you're using them for. For instance, if you are buying an image, as one company did, for a Powerpoint splash page for a conference, it would be one kind of pricing for usage. Another gentleman wanted to use an image for his business card for the real estate company he operates in Long Island. If you're using any of my images without my permission, you can be sure I'll take appropriate measures. That is why I license my images. If you'd like to use my images commercially, that is, for mass production or for purposes other than hanging in your home or office, we must discuss licensing options and fees. This is a whole different ball game from buying an image for hanging in your home or office. Please call, I'd love to hear what you need and go through the various options with you. Pricing and fees depend on usage, media, shelf-life, and myriad other criteria. Thank you. |
